PRONETIC focuses primarily on the integration, management and support of distributed
computing environments including networking, technology refresh migrations, database
management, intranet development, process analysis, project management, and
helpdesk/end user support. The Company supports a flexible organizational structure

Although PRONETIC, as a company, is a newcomer to the industry, our employees have been
hand-picked to provide diverse and well-rounded skill-sets and have demonstrated
expertise in dealing with both clients and their technology-related issues. In fact,

someone on our staff has worked in your computer environment sometime during the past
decade! Our staff has many years of consulting experience in the technical and
professional consulting marketplace, averaging 8+ years in the IT industry.
How do we select our employees? Simple. We interview no less than three times.

In the first interview, we examine the breadth of the prospect's technical
and professional knowledge and share the Company's vision and goals.

We call them back for a more detailed interview to determine the depth of their
expertise.

Lastly, we have a non-technical interview between the prospective employee
and the Company, to determine whether a fit exists between the two.

It is crucial that each party bring the correct elements to the table.
