Help Desk Design and Implementation
Based on evaluations of the end user's business needs, PRONETIC works with the client's IT/IS organizations to design and implement an appropriate Help Desk solution.

Help Desk Staffing
PRONETIC can provide a staff of Solution Integration Specialists to manage and operate a client site Help Desk, as well as provide skilled Specialists to augment the client's existing Help Desk staff.

End User Support
An IT/IS organization exists to provide technical support to a client's end users. PRONETIC provides trained and experienced Solution Integration Specialists to handle all of a clients on-site desktop support needs on various platforms including: Windows, Solaris, Linux and Apple.

OS Upgrades and Migrations
Upgrading client desktop operating systems to the latest version of Windows/Linux/Solaris/MAC OS. With years of experience doing large-scale and small-scale OS upgrades and migrations for a number of Houston's Fortune 1000 companies, PRONETIC's Solutions Integration Specialists can provide the experience and staffing a client requires to make these transitions as smooth as possible for end users.

Environment Support Documentation
Key to being able to effectively support a client's IT/IS environment is complete and detailed documentation of the system and application environment. With overburdened support staff and rapidly changing environments, this documentation is often lacking. PRONETIC's Specialists, experienced in the need and preparation of detailed enterprise IT/IS support documentation, can research and produce this document for the customer. Additionally, PRONETIC provides a structure process for keeping documentation up-to-date and accurate.
